It is with deep sadness that we come to everyone seeking support for my daughter, Alyssa, and my grandson, Ezra, who are facing an unimaginable tragedy. Their lives were turned around completely when Ezra’s father took his own life this past week.

He was the sole provider and financial support. Alyssa is now dealing with the heartbreak of losing someone she deeply loved and the father of her child while facing the overwhelming responsibility of raising Ezra on her own.

Alyssa is currently working towards finishing her associate’s degree while being determined to build a future for Ezra. She is currently balancing her studies with the demands of motherhood, and now, she finds herself in a more difficult situation. She has no income and is struggling to cover immediate expenses and long-term needs.

Ezra just started Pre-K this year, filled with excitement and hope for his future.
