Hello, my name is Tina, and I am reaching out to ask for support for my son, Alvin. He has been battling recurrent cancer and is undergoing aggressive chemotherapy. After each session, Alvin requires a shot that isn’t covered by insurance and costs nearly $2,000. Since October 2024, he has not been able to work and has been caring for his three children as a single father with the limited funds he has left. These shots are vital and need to be administered every 21 days.

If anyone is able to contribute, no matter the amount, it would mean the world to us. Life can be incredibly difficult and sometimes even cruel, but when we come together, we can ease each other’s burdens and make a difference. Without this shot, Alvin’s chemotherapy will stop being effective, and his cancer will continue to spread. With the treatment and these shots, his prognosis is much more hopeful.
