Help the Almanza Family during this difficult time

Jonathan and Maria Almanza have three beautiful kids, and were both working full time jobs until recently when their youngest was diagnosed with an aggressive cancerous brain tumor. Maria had to quit her job, and they sought the best care for their baby which led them to Corpus Christi’s children’s hospital for surgery and cancer treatments. Their challenge is keeping some normalcy for their other two kiddos while Jonathan and Maria juggle care for them and he travels regularly back and forth and keeps a full time job as Worship Pastor at United Baptist Church in Laredo. In order to help bring some financial relief for their family while their daughter continues treatments in Houston Texas for the next four months - we ask for support both with prayers and monetarily - thank you in advance! “ Ali Update from the Almanzas

Hello friends & family,

We wanted to give an update on our little Ali.

She’s doing well, we have offically finished our treatment here in Corpus and are packing up and heading to Houston for the next phase of her treatment. It should be around 4 months.

We are asking for continued prayers for her. The next two weeks will be filled with labwork, exams, X-rays, and finally her MRI to see if the small 1mm of tumor that was left behind has responded well to her treatments. Please Pray that we have clear scans and restoration in her little body from all the meds she’s been getting.

Please continue to pray for us as a family, for strength, wisdom, for Jonathan that will be traveling back and forth, especially for this momma that is so torn and wishes she could clone herself and be with all her babies at the same time. It’s been a tough season but we praising the Lord through it all because he is moving.
