Help Women of the Global Majority Access Leadership-Healing
Donation protected
Make Healing Leadership Accessible to All Women.
This space centers Indigenous, Black, Brown, mixed-race, multiracial, neurodivergent, and disabled women -- what we call women of the global majority -- whose leadership is often under-recognized and under-resourced.
Rise Together: A Healing Leadership Cohort for Women of the Global Majority
Purpose:
I’m a multiracial woman, a dyslexic visionary, a social justice warrior, and an ancestral healer. I created Rise Together, a 10-week leadership healing cohort, because the world needs women who are willing to do deep inner work—not just for themselves, but for their lineages, and for the collective transformation this moment demands.
This cohort is open to women of all races who are ready to unpack internalized systems, reclaim their voice, and lead from a place of integrity, rest, and relationship—not hustle, burnout, or white-centered models of power.
We are raising funds to ensure this program is financially accessible to those who cannot otherwise afford it—particularly Indigenous, Black, Brown, multiracial, disabled, and undocumented women and femmes whose leadership is already being offered, unpaid and unacknowledged, in every corner of our communities.
Why This Group Is Necessary:
So many of us have been taught to lead by sacrificing ourselves. We’ve been praised for our strength but punished for our boundaries. In most spaces, we’re told to show up fully while being given nothing in return.
It's an investment in the leadership of women who hold up entire communities, often in silence and isolation.
This cohort is a refusal to keep leading while depleted.
It’s a space to:
- Rest and remember our ancestral leadership
- Unlearn colonial and capitalist definitions of leadership
- Reclaim ancestral ways of leading through relationship, not domination
- Heal forward — for our bloodlines and our communities
Rise Together exists to offer a deep, intentional space for women who have held it all for everyone else — and now need a space to hold themselves.
Why “Rise Together”
Because we’re not meant to rise alone.
We rise together — not through obligation or guilt, but through community-rooted, spiritually grounded, and politically intentional healing. We rise in rhythm, not competition. We rise not just for ourselves — but for every daughter, ancestor, and sister whose voice was ever silenced.
This isn’t personal development.
This is collective decolonization.
And it starts with how we lead, how we heal, and how we resource each other.
What Your Donation Supports
Your contribution goes directly toward:
- Compensating the facilitator so that cost is not a barrier to participation
- Creating and distributing high-quality, decolonial learning materials
- Supporting administration, tech, and curriculum development
- Offering access to women who would otherwise be excluded from this kind of transformative space
This is not a “free” program. It’s a funded one — made accessible because you believe leadership support shouldn’t be limited to those who can afford it.
Who This Is For
This space is open to all women who are committed to healing, integrity, and collective liberation.
But it is intentionally designed to center the voices, bodies, and needs of those most impacted by systemic harm:
Indigenous, Black, Brown, multiracial, mixed-race, disabled, neurodivergent.
If that’s you: you are the reason this space exists.
A Note for White Women
You are welcome here, but not centered.
Because whiteness often carries unexamined behaviors that can cause unintentional harm in shared spaces, white participants are asked to begin in a dedicated space for reflection, learning, and accountability. This is not punishment — it is protection.
Before joining the main cohort, white women will:
- Participate in 2 grounding sessions to explore bias and fragility
- Build skills in self-awareness and anti-oppressive participation
- Commit to emotional self-regulation and shared responsibility
This is what equity in action looks like.

FAQ:
Is this program free?
No. It is funded so that cost is not a barrier to participation. If a participant has the means to contribute, they are invited to do so. This model ensures that financial access does not become another gatekeeper to healing.
What if I want to contribute as a participant?
If you are able to pay for your spot or donate toward someone else’s, you are invited to do so in the spirit of reciprocity and solidarity.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Not at this time, but your support directly impacts the lives and leadership journeys of women who have long been under-resourced.
Final Words:
This isn't charity.
It's rightful resourcing.
It's an investment in the leadership, healing, and brilliance of women who have always carried more than their share--often without acknowledgment or support.
We are building a future where:
- Healing is honored
- Leadership is shared
- Rest is non-negotiable
- And no one is left behind because they couldn't afford to be seen.
If you believe in that future--help us make it real.
Donate today. Share the vision. Sponsor a ripple.
Let's rise together.
