Help Alison Packan Stay with Her Kids

Firstly, I would like to thank you so much for visiting this GoFundMe! We are very grateful for you taking interest in helping an amazing Mother and her smart and funny Kids!

Alison Packan and her three kids (Kasperi, Mariska and Gennadi), some may know and love very much, have been given some sudden news about her custody of them and place of living. The kids' dad is in the military. Alison and their dad are divorced of 4 years. He has now been stationed to Virginia Beach. This came with a relocation summons for the kids, however he has chosen he wants to have full custody of the kids upon moving. As this notice was just given to Alison, she does not have the ability to ensure litigation fees are paid in a timely manner by herself. That is why we are here! We, her friends and family and other kind and generous people are coming together to make her this GoFundMe! We are trying to have funds available to Alison by October 15th, 2024! WE CAN DO THIS!!

If you don't know Alison, she is a fierce and protective mother, who loves with her whole heart. Her dedication to giving the kids each the love and attention they need to grow into the best versions of themselves is truly inspirational. She never drops a beat to make sure they have what they need and are taken care of. Her insane work ethics does not stop at her job, she encourages their interests with fun activities when they come home from school and during the summer. Ensuring their physical and mental health are THE top priority for her. She makes sure they get to Doctors appointments and is right there beside them if they're not feeling well. She embodies all of those impacting qualities that really good moms have and does a heck of a job!

This is Kasperi. He is 8 years old and in 3rd Grade. He loves science. He also loves Godzilla and other Kaiju characters. This guy has a HUGE heart. As well as being very protective over his younger brother and sister. He is always the one to stand up for the underdog and makes sure everyone feels included.

This is Mariska! She is 6 years old and in 3rd Grade. She absolutely LOVES art and is VERY good at it. She is sweet and sassy and can also run circles around her brothers with all of the energy she has! Though, she does love snuggles and to give hugs to everyone she meets.

This is Gennadi! He is 5 years old and is in Kindergarden! He is so curious! He enjoys creating his own games, building things and testing science experiments. He never hesitates to ask questions about people and how the world works.

These kids deserve the love and care of their Mom. As the location summons was provided to her very last minute, she was able to gather funds for the retainer fee of a good attorney to help her stay in her kids lives, however the lawyer provided an estimate of $6000 to cover trial fees. The attorney also provided an estimated time of the trial of being around the end of October, as it is too early in litigation to have a set trial date, we are hoping to have these funds available to Alison by October 15th to ensure timely payment of the attorney assisting her. Any donations made above the goal of $6000 will be helping her with moving costs to be back with her family in Cincinnati, as her current home of Panama City is where her kids' dad has been stationed. If granted full custody of her children, she will be able to have the support of her family and hometown friends in Cincinnati. The kids will also be in the best school of the area, given shes able to move back home. If she does not get custody, she will then be using these funds to make a new home for herself in Virginia Beach to stay near to her kids. (We are rooting for a win though!)
