Help Alice get a new trailer

My friend Alice is still living in her FEMA trailer from hurricane Ike in 2008. She was evacuated out of it before hurricane Harvey. It flooded and had roof leaks. She was denied help from Fema for the recent flooding. There is mold on the ceilings and floors and no A/C.  She needs help getting a new trailer to live in. No one should live like this. Our system has failed her.
