Help Ali Reunite with His Son Mason

***Update April*** As we continue to wait for trial. I have found a lawyer that wants to proceed with charges against her. Unfortunately, it comes with a separate price from my family lawyer with a retainer fee of $3,000. As finances continue to be a challenge because of this fight, I ask for assistance again and as always, I am forever grateful for those who have helped already and anyone else that chooses to help now.

Update; As of February 2025, I have secured a permanent residence as I continue to fight for my son. I have decided to change paths on fighting for partial custody to fighting for full custody of my son. As these plans have changed it has continued to make my finances harder to sustain the funds for my lawyer. I continue to be grateful for all those that have sent donations for support during this ongoing fight.

Update; As of November 22nd, 2024, I have been able to find a lawyer that I have spent time talking to and providing them with the information regarding my fight for my son. After discussing with the lawyer, they gave me positive reassurance that I have enough evidence to provide my case and to get my son. I am still in need of assistance with paying the lawyer fees. I have saved up some money with addition to what has been donated so far. I don't have much time left to come up with the retainer fee so please continue to help me fight this battle, I truly am thankful for all those who help.

Hello, my name is Ali. I am a father of a seven-year-old son named Mason. Since the moment Mason was born, I have been in his life, caring for and tending to every one of his needs and building a bond. Each day, I would make sure that he got on the bus when it was time for school, seek medical aid when he was sick, and do activities that he loves to do.

In March of 2024, Mason's mother and I split. Mason's mother decided to put a PFA against me with false accusations, which led to revoking my father privilege, allowing me to only see my son every other weekend. I currently have a lawyer to help me fight this, and I have put up at least $3,000 in legal fees. I have evidence and documentation, along with a police report, to help me prove my case. It is a long-extended process that I am not able to fund fully, and my ask is for anyone who reads this to please think of donating to help me fight this battle to see my son more and continue to have our strong bond.
