My name is Alexcia, and I’m a single parent living in Phoenix, Arizona with my two young boys, Adrian (4) and Aiden (almost 2). I’ve always done my best to provide for them, but recently I was put in a situation I never expected. The father of my children disappeared suddenly, taking the money I had set aside for rent. Now, I’m left to figure things out on my own with very little time to come up with what we need.

I have just three days to pay our rent, and I’m reaching out for help for the first time in my life. I’m doing everything I can to keep a roof over our heads and make sure Adrian and Aiden have enough to eat.
