Help Alem support his family

Alem Habte Ghebreghiorghis was born on May 29, 1968 in Asmara, Eritrea and immigrated to Canada in 2011 where he started working as a Carpenter at Pro Stair & Railing. Alem came to Canada to be able to provide a better life for his family back home still living in Eritrea. Despite Alem's tough trials and tribulations he would always have a smile on face day in and out. Alem brought a lot of life lessons to a lot of people he met throughout his time here with us. One of the most important ones being that no matter how tough times can get, you can always find a reason to smile and be grateful. 

While Alem spent his time here in Canada, he would send money to his daughters back home in Eritrea.  

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 complications, Alem spent the past 3 weeks in ICU and passed away on May 28, 2021. It is such great sadness to our hearts that Alem, a kind and beautiful man has gone too soon.   

In honour of Alem, Pro Stair & Railing will be setting up a trust fund to continue to send money and provide for his two daughters, Luna and Kisanet that are residing in Eritrea. Salah, who Alem met in London, was helping Alem send money to his family back home and will be helping us set up the fund to continue to distribute the funds back home to his family.
