My father, Alejandro, was detained by ICE in Portland on 10/27. Alejandro has been here for 25 years and has maintained no criminal status. His life consists of going to work and being a father and a newly grandfather to my 1-year-old daughter.

On the day of being detained, he was mistaken for another individual on his way to work, ultimately ending in his own detainment. We are grateful for being able to locate him that same day. He is currently in the Tacoma detention center awaiting to fight his case.

Our family is asking for any donations, big or small, to cover lawyer fees and other expenses that come with the process. Anything helps us through this difficult time. Thank you for your kindness and compassion—please share and repost!

all proceeds will go to helping with lawyers or restablishment for my father depending on what he decides to do.
