Alejandra is a hardworking mother of two wonderful children: Ramsés (15) and Zelda (10). She has always done everything she can to give them a loving and stable life. However, today she is confronting one of the most painful and challenging chapters of her life.

Alejandra is going through a divorce from a man who has been emotionally and psychologically abusive toward her, her daughter, and others around him. He presents himself as a kind, decent man, but behind that façade there has been manipulation, intimidation, and constant control.

This pattern of behavior has pushed Alejandra into situations that have deeply affected her and even influenced the legal issues she is facing today, including the criminal case connected to her son.

At this point, her ex-partner is using every tool available to harm her, isolate her from her daughter, and leave her financially destroyed. His only goal seems to be to take everything from her — regardless of how much damage it causes to Alejandra or their children.

Right now, Alejandra is fighting two legal battles at the same time:

A civil case, to finalize her divorce and restore her relationship with Zelda, who has been manipulated and kept away from her.

A criminal case, linked to her autistic son, where a misunderstanding has been turned into an accusation. Without proper legal defense, the consequences could be devastating.

To defend herself, she needs two attorneys: one charging $1,200 USD and the other $5,000 USD.

Although she works full-time, more than half of her paycheck is taken through housing payments and child support, leaving her unable to cover any legal expenses.

Alejandra is a loving mother, a strong woman, and someone who rarely asks for help. But the situation created by this abusive dynamic has left her with no way to fight back alone.

I will be receiving the funds here in the United States, and 100% of all donations will be transferred directly to Alejandra in Mexico to cover her legal defense.

Su ex pareja está utilizando todas las herramientas posibles para hacerle daño, alejarla de Zelda y dejarla en la ruina económica, sin importar las consecuencias para sus hijos.

Actualmente, Alejandra enfrenta dos procesos legales al mismo tiempo:

Uno civil, para finalizar el divorcio y recuperar el vínculo con su hija, quien ha sido manipulada y distanciada de ella.

Y uno penal, relacionado con su hijo autista, donde un malentendido ha sido usado en su contra. Sin una buena defensa, las consecuencias pueden ser devastadoras.

Para defenderse, Alejandra necesita contratar dos abogados: uno que cobra $1,200 USD, y otro $5,000 USD.

Aunque tiene un trabajo estable, más de la mitad de su sueldo se va en descuentos de vivienda y pensiones, dejándola sin posibilidad de cubrir estos gastos legales.

Alejandra es una buena madre, una mujer fuerte y alguien que rara vez pide ayuda.

Pero la situación creada por esta relación abusiva la ha dejado sin herramientas para luchar sola.
