Hello everyone! As most, if not, all of you know, I have been working diligently for my rightful parenting time with my son. Unfortunately, court proceedings typically take a very long time. While I know I am not a special case, and there are many people in similar situations, we’ve recently gotten to a point where we are on the cusp of a court-ordered custody schedule much sooner than expected. A judge has made a recommendation that I believe is very fair and equitable, however this recommendation is contingent on agreement between both parties. This recommendation was made possible because of the efficient work of my legal counsel. Expediting this process will require continued representation. These funds will be used solely for the purpose of retaining counsel. I know times are tough, and I don’t expect substantial contributions, nor am I asking for that.
