Help Support Alana , Angus and Rafferty

Hello Folks

I’m KJ, a friend of Alana and Angus - I am a Mama and understand the importance of support in the time that these beautiful humans are in right now.

Like many/most of you I am far away from them in the physical and can not bring food or help in the way they need - so the next best thing is raising some love cash to help them with the basics , nourishing food , accommodation & living life - that will keep them going as long as possible .

For those who may not know the details -
Angus and Alana moved from VIC to Northern NSW about a month ago. After 3 weeks of settling into their new state, fire cracker Rafferty Thomas decided he didn’t want to wait the extra 3 plus months in the womb - he wanted to be in Mum and Dads arms as soon as he could.

Alana went into early labour at 24 weeks and was emergency transferred to Mater Mothers Hospital in Brisbane where Raffy was born well, well ahead of schedule. 

He is in intensive care and so far, doing amazingly - breathing without extra oxygen and all! He is a very strong, determined little fella but on advice from the doctors there will be good and bad days - so they are taking it as it comes. It’s clear that it is going to be a long, emotional journey ahead and they’ll be navigating it in the NICU until at least Feb. 

Alana and Angus are yet to have permanent and stable accommodation in their new state and are separated from their family, friends and support network by border closures. 

The biggest gift we can give these darlings is financial support. So that Alana and Angus feel strong, grounded and nurtured - and Rafferty will thrive off that.

So if you would like to support them - this would be the best possible way.
