Help Aisha Spend Her Final Days at Home

My name is Aisha, and I have an advanced aortic dissection — a tear in the wall of my heart. That also consists of hypertension, and congestive heart failure with fluid retention. My condition is a terminal, I don’t have long to live, and I want to transition at home — not in the nursing home where I have been living for over a year. Please help me raise enough money to rent an apartment so I can live out my life surrounded by friends, family, and the basic comforts of home.

I'm alive but not living. I have not been able to visit any of my regular doctors. I have not been able to leave my room or attend and do any functions of normality. I am suffering from extreme depression. The only thing that keeps me alive is hopes to spend the balance of my days with family.
