I am Ahmed Shaheen from Gaza, married with four children. Over the course of my 32 years of life, I have witnessed five brutal wars and numerous escalations. Since I was young, we have suffered from financial hardship and poverty, and we would spend many nights without food. In the past, we witnessed a slight improvement in our living conditions, but since the beginning of the war, destruction has swept Gaza. Our source of livelihood, my work... With the war, all our dreams and ambitions have ended, and we now live in tents that are insufficient to withstand any wind or cold. In addition to our displacement, we face a significant increase in the cost of living, which makes leaving Gaza difficult due to the exponential rise in costs. أنا أحمد شاهين من غزة، متزوج ولدي أربعة أطفال. على مدار 32 عامًا من حياتي، شهدت 5 حروب وحشية وتصعيدات عديدة. منذ صغري، عانينا من ضائقة مالية وفقر، وكنا نقضي ليالٍ عديدة دون طعام. في الماضي، شهدنا تحسنًا طفيفًا في ظروفنا المعيشية، ولكن منذ بداية الحرب، اجتاح الدمار غزة. مصدر رزقنا، عملي... مع الحرب، انتهت جميع أحلامنا وطموحاتنا، وأصبحنا نعيش في خيام لا تكفي لتحمل أي ريح أو برد. بالإضافة إلى نزوحنا، نواجه ارتفاعًا كبيرًا في تكلفة المعيشة، مما يجعل مغادرة غزة أمرًا صعبًا بسبب الارتفاع الهائل في التكاليف. أيضًا، لا تنسوا أن مساعدتكم، ولو بالقليل، في هذا الوضع الصعب والارتفاع الكبير في أسعار جميع السلع سيساعدنا على تلبية احتياجاتنا ونفقاتنا اليومية.
