Help Adrienne leave a job that's killing her

Hi, I'm Adrienne. My job is wrecking my health and sanity, and I can't keep doing this. Management is abusive, the project I'm on is literally impossible, I get paid about half the usual market salary for the job I do, and I'm getting migraines and panic attacks on a regular basis.

I'm actively job-hunting, and looking for freelance work, but my spouse is unemployed and we are living paycheck-to-paycheck right now on my income. It's so hard to job-hunt while I can barely function. There are take-home interview projects and stuff that I have to do, and I'm so depressed and physically run-down that it's basically impossible to do them.

I feel very selfish, posting this GFM -- there are a lot of worthier causes to donate to! -- but I'm doing it anyway, because my health is steadily deteriorating and something has to change soon. The requested amount is two months' salary for me, which is (hopefully!) plenty of time to find new work.
