I’m reaching out on behalf of my father, Adam Perez, who has been enduring a lengthy and challenging journey to find justice and rebuild his life. My dad's story is one of resilience in the face of hardship, as he’s fought through FOUR YEARS of litigation after suffering a severe, life-altering injury due to the negligence of a building owner.

In 2020, Adam suffered a traumatic electrocution injury while working at the building with outdated and poorly maintained electrical systems—an electrical setup that hadn’t been inspected or maintained for 25+ years. As if this were not enough, after Adam’s injury, the defendant failed to preserve key evidence, even going so far as to dispose of materials related to the incident.

This negligence has left Adam facing chronic pain, mobility issues, and ongoing medical needs. He’s no longer able to work as he once could and has had a hard time maintaining a fraction of his previous quality of life. His doctors have advised that he may never be able to work full-time without complications.

After four years of battling in court, Adam’s case shockingly resulted in no financial compensation, despite overwhelming evidence showing clear negligence on the part of the property owners. The decision has left our family devastated and struggling to cope with the overwhelming medical expenses, lost wages, and the daily costs of managing his condition.
