Little Adalynn Marie Ray was diagnosed with Sturge Weber which is a rare disorder that causes seizures and strokes. Adalynn is just over a year old and in the past month, has spent two weeks total at CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia). Madisyn and Adam (Adalynn’s mom and dad) have been by Adalynn’s side on the numerous ambulance rides, helicopter flights and nights spent in the hospital. Because all of their time is spent advocating and caring for Adalynn, they have very little income. Adalynn’s hospital stays are becoming more frequent as they are trying to find the right medications.  Any and all help for their family would by greatly appreciated.

Your donations will help with living expenses while at CHOP for extended periods of time, medical expenses that will be coming up and an awareness campaign.
