My name is Abdullah Al-Qassab. I am 27 years old, married to my beloved wife Israa, who is 23 and now three months pregnant.
I used to work in the travel and tourism field. I had a small office, a simple life, and big dreams for our future. But the war came and destroyed everything—my office, my work, and our dreams. Nothing was left but ashes.
My wife Israa is not only my wife; she is a teacher with a kind heart. She used to teach children and give them hope, knowledge, and smiles every day. She had a small learning center for kids, and she dreamed of seeing them grow with education instead of fear.
But the occupation destroyed her center. The place that was full of children’s laughter became ruins, and her dream was shattered.
Today, Israa and I live in a torn tent that does not protect us from the cold of winter or the heat of summer. Every night, I worry about her and about our unborn baby. I only wish I could give them safety. ⛺
My pregnant wife needs vitamins and proper care so our baby can be born safely. And when the baby arrives, we will need the simplest things:
warm clothes, blankets, diapers, milk, and a small bed.
Right now, our most urgent need is a proper tent to protect us from the cold and the heat.
Please, do not leave us alone in these difficult times. Any help, no matter how small, could save my wife and child and give us hope again.
Be the reason a baby is born into safety, and help restore hope to the heart of a teacher who lost her classroom
