Help Aaron Create a Garden for Copewood Students

My name is Aaron and I’m a Boy Scout working on reaching the Eagle rank. For my Eagle project, I am going to build a garden and outdoor area for Copewood Elementary school in Camden.

I’m transforming an unused patio into a garden and recreation space for the students. The garden will give the students a place to interact with plants, something that is often missing in an urban setting. I’ll be featuring plants that are perennial that will attract pollinators.

The recreation area will have sensory play, featuring a sand and water table and things for the students to use during recess.
