Help Aarif and Zeenat Rebuild After Fire
Donation protected
Dear Friends,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help in supporting my beloved uncle, Aarif, and his wife, Zeenat, arguably two of our strongest pillars in our family. They tragically lost their home and all of their belongings in a devastating fire on the eve of Aarif Uncle’s 80th birthday.
Aarif Uncle and Zeenat Aunty have always been the kind of people who would give the shirts of their backs to anyone in need. Known for their warm hearts and love of entertaining and caring for others through meals and celebrations at their home, they have touched many lives over the years. Now, in this time of need, it’s our turn to give back to them.
The fire struck without warning, leaving Aarif Uncle with nothing but the clothes on his back that day. At 80 years old, starting over from scratch is a monumental and daunting task. They lost not just their home and possessions, but cherished memories and mementos accumulated over a storied lifetime.
We are creating this GoFundMe campaign to help them rebuild their lives. The funds raised will go towards:
1. Temporary Housing: to provide a safe and comfortable place for them to stay while working on rebuilding their home, which will likely take well over one year.
2. Basic Necessities: Clothes, food and other essentials that were lost in the fire.
3. Rebuilding their home: Although their condo board is tackling how the overall building will be reconstructed, there will be a lot for them to take on in this process.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference and bring hope and relief to Aarif Uncle and Zeenat Aunty during this challenging time. If you cannot contribute financially, your prayers, well-wishes, and sharing the campaign with your network would mean the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and support. Together, we can help them rebuild and restore the joy and security they so greatly deserve at this time in their lives.
With gratitude,
