Help Aaliyah Heal and Support Her Baby

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my daughter, Aaliyah — a strong, determined 21-year-old and devoted mother to her sweet 9-month-old baby. Just two weeks ago, Aaliyah was involved in a serious car accident that left her with a shattered wrist, requiring surgery and months of physical therapy to recover. Her car was completely totaled in the crash, and the timing couldn’t have been worse — she was right in the middle of moving into her new apartment to begin a fresh start for her and her baby after leaving a difficult relationship.

Now, instead of settling into a new chapter, Aaliyah has had to move back in with me, her mom, while she recovers. Doctors have told her she’ll need to be out of work for the next 2–3 months, which has created a lot of stress and financial strain as she tries to stay strong for her child while also healing from a painful injury.

Aaliyah is one of the most hardworking young women I know. She’s been doing everything she can to give her baby a better life, and this setback has been devastating. We’re asking for help to:

Cover hospital bills and surgery costs

Support basic living expenses during her time away from work

Help toward a new car so she can get back on her feet and regain her independence

Get her and her baby back on track toward the fresh start they deserve
