Help A Young Father Bring His Sons Home

Hello. My name is Jocalyn, and I'm fundraising on behalf of my brother, John Moss IV, to support him in bringing both of his sons home. Their mother, Imani Roberson, was tragically taken away from the boys recently, and while we've attempted to begin the transition of the boys moving in full-time with their father. My brother has come to a major roadblock keeping him from being able to take full custody of his youngest son without going through the legitimization process, which is required in Georgia despite his being on both of his sons' birth certificates as their father.

He was unaware of this law until now but is working on getting it done to bring both of his boys home. To do this, we're hoping to raise the money to acquire the proper legal representation to help us fight through the Legitimization process, which is barring my brother's ability to claim his full parental rights over his youngest son, Karter.

All proceeds collected in this fundraiser will go towards paying for a lawyer.
