Help a veteran who had a stroke get a vehicle

Hi everyone, my husband is a veteran and a year ago he had a stroke and our car broke down and we have to rely on others for rides. So we are seeking help to buy another used vehicle. To get to doctors appointments and grocery stores etc. We realize it's hard for everyone but any help would be appreciated.
