My name is Kea and my family and I are sponsoring a Ukrainian Mother and her 3 Children as they make the long journey to Canada. As a mother of a one year old daughter myself and the Great-grand daughter of Ukrainian immigrants it is not lost on me that if my Great grandparents had not chosen to move to Canada that I could be the one fleeing this unjust war alone with my young daughter. This Mother and her 2 little girls and her son will be living in my Mother’s home for the foreseeable future. Our family is committed to making sure they have everything they need but we could use your help to raise funds for this family so they have a nest egg while in Canada - as they have no idea how long it will be until they can go home. Any small amount would be greatly appreciated and will go directly to supporting the needs of someone who has left behind their home & their loved ones.
