After 10 years I've finally got a date for top surgery, and I need help financing the procedure!

My name is Geo Vega, I'm a trans Latine artist from Puerto Rico, currently living in the UK. I came out as trans (the first time) in 2014, but due to a transphobic household and a generally Not Great™️ home life I was unable to start medically transitioning until 2024.

After nearly a decade of waiting, I've finally secured a top surgery date for November 2025! After nearly a year of going back and forth trying to get the procedure covered by insurance in the US to no avail, I've decided I just can't keep waiting any more and will be having the procedure outside the country and paying out of pocket.

I'll be having the procedure in the fall with Doctor Jesus Lago at the Clinica 3 de mayo in Madrid.

While I've got savings to cover travel expenses, and expenses outside of the procedure, as well as living expenses during recovery, I need some help covering the cost of the procedure itself. My funding goal is £5k, to cover the cost of the procedure after the deposit.

Any help with this would mean the world to me as not only would it mean finally getting a gender affirming procedure I've been trying to have for over a decade- it would also ease the a lot of pain that wearing any sort of bra/support/compression has caused me for years.
