<div>After 10 years I've finally got a date for top surgery, and I need help financing the procedure!
</div>

</div>
<div>My name is Geo Vega, I'm a trans Latine artist from Puerto Rico, currently living in the UK. I came out as trans (the first time) in 2014, but due to a transphobic household and a generally Not Great™️ home life I was unable to start medically transitioning until 2024.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After nearly a decade of waiting, I've finally secured a top surgery date for November 2025! After nearly a year of going back and forth trying to get the procedure covered by insurance in the US to no avail, I've decided I just can't keep waiting any more and will be having the procedure outside the country and paying out of pocket.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'll be having the procedure in the fall with Doctor Jesus Lago at the Clinica 3 de mayo in Madrid.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While I've got savings to cover travel expenses, and expenses outside of the procedure, as well as living expenses during recovery, I need some help covering the cost of the procedure itself. My funding goal is £5k, to cover the cost of the procedure after the deposit.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any help with this would mean the world to me as not only would it mean finally getting a gender affirming procedure I've been trying to have for over a decade- it would also ease the a lot of pain that wearing any sort of bra/support/compression has caused me for years.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you're unable to donate, you can help me by sharing this fundraiser, and following my socials @thiefofmars. Every share helps more than you can imagine, and I'm incredibly grateful for the support &lt;3
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'll be doing thank you notes for every donation/share for as long as I'm able. Just msg me with a screenshot and I'll add you to the list!
</div>

</div>
<div>Thanks so much!
