Help a trans caribbean artist fund their migration costs

Hello :-) My name is Lito, an artist from the caribbean coast of Colombia, a young-ish dreamer, performer, friend. Professional singer, amateur dancefloor dancer.

I've been trying to migrate for over two years to Europe. I'm still in the process and I hope with your help to achieve the financial support necesary to be able to stay.

I arrived to Europe inlove. March 2023, I had never been outside of Colombia. With a lot of effort I bought the flights and came to visit a person I had just fallen inlove with. Through that trip I got to explore myself in a way that had never felt safe before. I was embraced by a beautiful trans and queer community. I also noticed I could be more financially stable as an artist. I decided to migrate.

Off course, it's not that easy. Europe makes it very hard to access the right of fredom of movement.

I've been working on my migration process since march 2023. Every time I have tried to stay it has been imposible due to lack of funds to pay for legal fees, bureocracies, lawyers, all of it which is very expensive on top of figuring out a place to stay, food, flights.

I have made some progress in the proces adquiring a lot of debt. With your help I could pay this debt and finally be a little bit more financially secure to start what I've been trying to accomplish for two years now.

My mental health has been severly affected by the lack of stability of having to come and go without any agency. Specially since my hometown doesn't feel like a safe space for me anymore. That's why I started this gofundme, so I can finally start the life I've been trying so hard to build for myself. So I can create, perform, be. So I can finally be with my chosen family. So I have access to my dreams.

The money will be used to pay for previous flights from colombia-europe (back and forth) , 3 lawyers (so far), bureocracies, and hopefully to give me a little push to start this live I've been working so hard for.
