Help a teen get his smile back

I have a junior colleague who has become guardian to a very cool trans teenager through the foster program. He's amazing despite having been through hell and back. He just had to have significant dental work done, which left two very visible teeth as nubs, and my friend has just discovered that Medicaid considers replacing those teeth to be cosmetic. This new family could use some help, as the procedure costs $4000 and is pretty essential for this boy's self-esteem. Can you help? Anything we can raise will be a huge blessing to them. Thanks!
