Help a teacher KO Cancer, AGAIN

Hi, I'm Dominique, and this is my story. I have had difficulty asking for help in the past, regardless of how dire it is needed. I decided to get out of my way this time. Some people may remember that I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in August 2020. I went through a total of 16 grueling treatments of chemotherapy. There were times when I wanted to give up because the side effects were too much to bear. But, I didn't give up because I have family that needs me, and I them. I finished chemo treatment in April and had a double mastectomy in May 2021. That was not without complications, but I made it out alive because I refused to give up. Lastly, I concluded radiation in September, in time for school to start. I was excited and ready to get my life on track.

I've always suffered from headaches. But, these turned into migraines. I went to doctor after doctor trying to relieve this pain. It was getting ridiculous. Then I started getting neck and upper back pains in Early October/Late November. Me being the "strong individual," I tried to push through and keep it moving. It started affecting me more and more; I was miserable. Finally, I reached out to my neurologist and told her I think the migraines are causing my neck and back to hurt. She scheduled an MRI. Results came back. All the follow-up tests confirmed. The cancer has returned. Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer to the spine and liver.

What happenes now? As of now, the treatment plan will be to start radiation to help stablize the fracture(S). Then we move on to chemotherapy again.

Cancer treatment is not cheap, AT ALL!. I need help. I have a set of twin year old boys and a 7 year old boy who me and my fiance' must continue to provide for. I am on medical leave from the school system and we know how monies are budgeted for education so yes. Much help is needed. The plan for the monies are to cover treatment, pay household bills, and feed my family.
