Help a Sudanese activist access mental health care

This GoFundMe is being organized on behalf of a group of Sudanese organizers across Canada and the United States. They and those receiving these funds must remain anonymous for their own safety.

Here is their message:

We are organizing this GoFundMe to raise funds for a beloved activist and community member who has been working tirelessly to educate the public and report on the war in Sudan. For the past few years, they have dedicated their life to organizing and directly supporting folks on the ground to survive and flee mass violence. Now, we want to make sure they are able to access the resources and support that they need to continue caring for themselves and their community.

All funds raised will be sent directly to this activist to help pay for the first few months of mental health care. Any additional funds raised will go towards supporting other Sudanese activists with accessing healthcare.
