Hello family and friends. We are trying to raise funds to help support Kelsie Maloney and her family. 4 years Kelsie was in a bad accident and had to have major surgery on her back. She got a titanium cage around her T-9. Her accident left her paralyzed from the waist down.

A few weeks ago, she was having back pain then a few days later discovered a painful large bump on the area of her cage that was put on in 2020.

Today, she had to have surgery to repair the damage of the hardware that has failed. She had to have all of her old hardware completely replaced and surgery redone. Now she will be in the hospital for a while recovering and starting PT and OT at UW harborview. Recovery time and down time is around 2-3 months.

Since Kelsie had her accident, she went back to school and became a small business owner to support her family. She is a single mother of four children. She won't be able to work. She still has to pay for her business side of stuff and most importantly her own home stuff. She has worked so hard and is the main source of income for all.

She is in so much pain and has overcome this trauma once before. She doesn't need to worry about how she needs to financially support her family at this time. If we can pull together and donate funds, let her focus on healing and taking the burden off so she can heal and get back to work asap.

She is such a strong person, probably one of the strongest I know and to see her work so hard on overcoming being in a wheelchair over the last 4 years has been so inspiring.

Please find it in your heart to help this single mother. Anything helps.

When she gets out I hope to also set her up a meal train since she does not need to be cooking.
