Help a Single Mom Get a Car for a Brighter Future
I see the good in things, always understanding that things get better. But believing is only half the battle. I am stuck in a situation as a single mom where I can't progress. I am living at home with my parents, unable to afford what my son and I need. My parents have already been struggling to afford food for us all. Bills and morgage payments are getting harder to maintain. I do not have a car, and live too far away with too little transportation to make things work without one.
With a car, I would be able to get my son to daycare and get a job so that I can have enough food for the both of us, and enough money to buy diapers.
I want to be a phlebotomist. I have the opportunity to go to college for free that only lasts until I am 26. I have a direction, but no way to get there without help. I need a car. With a car, I can do these things, for me and my son.
