I’m reaching out one more time for support
We finally got our home! Thanks to your generosity, your $6k donations, plus my savings, I’ve worked hard for over the years, I was able to pay the down payment.
Unfortunately, our house is older and only semi-renovated. The developers just wanted to sell fast, without caring about the safety of buyers. The inspectors and insurance haven’t helped either. I recently had to hire a private inspector who discovered a major leak, and now we’ve learned it’s tied to foundation issues and poorly constructed roof gutters.
I’m coming out of pocket for repairs that are beyond my budget. I’ve managed to raise and use $6k so far, but I still need $4k more to reach my $10k goal. This last bit of help would mean the world, it would allow me to cover materials, fix the damage properly, and keep us afloat.
