Help A Sick Mother With Clearing Her Debts!

All praise to ALLAH we are blessed by Allah that he has guided us from the path of astray to Islam. But as many Muslims around the world me and my family got trapped into debts and harassment by an influential person who claimed to be our friend.  At first when we just reverted to Islam few months later someone had performed black magic on my mother’s shop as it was a good stable business, she went into losses, losing her shop and in order to cover up the loses she took money £10,220 from a lady at 10% interest because she wouldn’t agree to lend us the money on any other condition.  The initial amount was never paid due to the heavy interest which was paid double the actual amount already, however after that my dad got a heart attack and other problems piled up together my mom had to borrow an amount of £20,440 again to cover up everything, this time she had given a guarantee cheque. Slowly when we had almost paid off the amount to her and asked her to give back the cheque, she refused by saying that she has lost the cheque and there is nothing to worry about. Though we had been giving her the actual amount she had been continuously taking an interest every month for several years and because she was influential, my dad was a heart patient my mom continued to give her the amount. Again due to my wedding and other issues piled up again my mom took a loan of £19,420 and this time too by giving a guarantee cheque, after we had almost paid off the amount to her along with a nonstop interest she told us that we never paid anything every single amount we paid was just interest and all the initial amount are yet to be paid. She also threatened us that if we don’t pay her the £10,220, £20,440 and £19,420 all together at once she will put the whole family into jail and by the time we can’t arrange the amount she wants the interest money every month on her doorstep. We kept on giving continuously on monthly basis till the covid-19 pandemic which had led to the stoppage of business and lockdown. Even in covid-19 my mother sold her jewelry and paid for few months because this lady is rich and had internal connections also my father was a heart patient .After we couldn’t pay in covid-19 as months passed on, she gave the cheque to police and blamed us for fraud .Later my mother confessed in police that she had not done fraud she agreed to have taken loan also she had paid off, my mom had it all written in police that she had paid the loan off despite paying the lady did not return the guaranteed cheque. Then the complaint had been transferred to court as a case because the lady had connections. After the police and CID investigation, they realized this cheque is 5 years old and we had good family CID report. According to these conditions the court read the situation and gave us a fine of £2050 and finished the case because my mother had proofs of paying money to her in forms of monthly bills, and money transfers. The lady was not ready to accept she wanted the whole amount if not interest should be paid monthly. But according to the situation we couldn’t arrange money due to COVID19 pandemic lost my job and also my father’s shop closed down and my younger brother just finished his school and his further education stopped. She inserted the cheque into court again and she ended up winning the case and the court told us to pay the whole amount plus the lawyer’s fees. At the moment we couldn’t pay and my mother was jailed. Whole family was misbalanced because I was jobless my father and younger brother as well. So we tried to think of taking our mother out and then planning the whole amount altogether, we managed to pay 35% of the amount by borrowing the money from friends and family and selling off the remaining bits of my mom’s gold and we managed to get our mother out of jail. My mom is diabetic and 50 years old, she has faced a downfall in her health after suffering from a severe COVID attack as well as prolonged stress. The reminder amount was said to be paid within a year. But it is not possible for us the installment is £1640 per month. Now it wasn’t even a week and she again appealed in the court of the rest of the amount by the same 5 year old cheque that we paid the fine for, we have been caught in depths of troubles and debts. Please help us for the sake of Allah

Only Allah knows how much we have paid this woman and how much she has harassed our family and the pain she has caused us and ruined our lives and future. Allahul Mus’taan
