Dear Community,

I am turning to you as a last resort as all other solutions have failed. Since the start of the war in Palestine, my father had been forced to close his shop in our little village, our only source of income for 8 family members, including 3 minors. We are already in depts, with 2 students studying abroad that cannot help out much. Every day, with the shop being closed, we bear more and more financial hardship. Due to too much stress, worry and sadness from our reality, 5 days ago, my father suffered a heart attack.

With God’s mercy he survived it, but he remains in a hard condition, in intensive care. He was in a comma from which he got up, but still has dangerous outcomes from the heart attack and he has speech difculities. He still has a long way to recovery inshallah. I am doing this fundraiser for two reasons; to pay his medical bills, and to raise money that would help the family survive in the meantime, because even if the shop is allowed to be open, he can no longer work for 13 hours a day as he used to before. My heart aches for him and for my family, and for loved ones who lost their lives because of the latest events. Your help would be so much appreciated.
