Help a new father get through a rare surgery

Donation protected
Two weeks before my sister (Lauren) had her second baby (Aria), her husband Jason was diagnosed with a 4cm tumor invading his adrenal glad. The doctors can not say if it is cancerous or not until it is removed along with the adrenal glad it is affecting.

This is a rare condition and affects only 2 in 1 million people in their lifetime. Even with medical insurance this is a risky and expensive surgery that requires  a series of very expensive medications to lower the blood pressure prior to surgery in the area of 50 thousand dollars for the medication alone.

Due to an oversight by the hospital, his medication was not ordered and has prolonged the surgery another three weeks.

All the while Jason is unable to work while on the first series of medication and wont be able to return to work for 2 to three weeks after the surgery to come.  Their financial situation is hurt even more because his wife Lauren is on maternity leave from work with the new baby.

The donated funds will help cover the costs of deductibles and lost wages while they recover and care for their new baby and 8 year old daughter.

Any help received would be a true miracle and godsend for the Johnson family. They have sacrificed much and continue to look for ways to stay afloat financially during this time. Your donations would mean more time with the baby and recovery. Thank you so much!
