NOTE: All money raised will go to current and future medical bills. My name is Angela Blackburn, I am the granddaughter of the most amazing human on this planet. We’ve recently run into some awful issues with my grandfather. He’s been bedridden for days, major back pain, pinched nerves, bilateral bone on bone disc deformation, sciatica, osteoarthritis, he can’t walk on his own, eat on his own, go to the bathroom on his own, take medication on his own, do anything really on his own at this point. And this all stems from him having polio as a child. Treatment won’t be cheap and we have a long long road ahead of us. I’m at a loss, I am doing all I can to help but I feel it isn’t enough as I can’t cure any of his pain or his issues. He’s gotten a few different pain medications but they aren’t doing much, he’s had X-rays done and an MRI is going to be scheduled. He’s gone to the hospital once, on Christmas Day 2025, and to an Orthopedic clinic in Springfield IL on Monday December 29th, 2025. Please if anyone can help, whether it be advice, good doctor recommendations to check out, or donations towards medical bill's, I’d be eternally grateful. He is my best friend in this whole entire world and I take care of him every day, but unfortunately I can’t heal his back pain and nerve damage no matter how hard I try.
