Please Help a Mother Secure a Home for Her Sons

i am a mother with 2 autistic sons that has recently relocated to Colorado to get away from our abuser. i have found a lovely home here that meets all our needs. the landlord made an offer to sell me the home and I’ve been able to secure financing. i need to have a down payment of 13,500 to secure the mortgage and get the loan for the home. this is the closest i will ever be to being able to purchase a house. i have no family or friends to ask for help, and no one to help my sons when i am gone. this will ensure they always have a home. if you can help, any amount is appreciated.
