Help a Mother and Her Three Daughters Rebuild Stability

Donation protected
For those who know me personally, you know how difficult it is for me to ask for help. I’ve always worked hard to provide a loving, safe, and stable life for my children, while building a career rooted in helping others.

I am a mother of three daughters, ages 9, 13, and 17. For nearly two decades, I have carried the responsibility of parenting on my own, while navigating work, healing, and the daily challenges of providing stability for my family.

Professionally, I built my career in recruiting, education, and wellness. As a recruiter, I always believed our job was to be human first — to create authentic relationships, help people feel seen, and connect them with opportunities that honor their skills and dignity. I took pride in showing up with professionalism, compassion, integrity, and consistency, and I worked hard to create a better future for my children.

Like many families, I was trying to rebuild financially and improve my credit, so I could finally qualify for stable long-term housing and eventually become a homeowner. Although, I was grateful to have government-assisted housing during difficult years, my goal was always independence, stability, and creating more opportunities for my children.

Unfortunately, after experiencing major employment and housing setbacks, our lives became unstable very quickly. Despite years of hard work and doing everything I could to stay afloat, this season has become emotionally and financially overwhelming.

One of my daughters also has additional needs that require extra care and support, which has added financial/emotional pressure, while balancing work and parenting responsibilities.
In addition, I supported both my Mother and Grandmother, during their last chapters, which was heartbreaking to experience. It has been incredibly difficult, to navigate life without them. It feels like an emotional void, that was once filled with very strong personalities & unconditional love.

I also want to express heartfelt gratitude to the friends who have already helped us emotionally, spiritually, and financially during this difficult chapter. I look forward to sharing back with you all in the future. One encouraged me to create this fundraiser because I never wanted the burden to fall so heavily on only a few people who care deeply about us.

At this time, support will help us with:
• Safe temporary and long-term housing
• Food and daily necessities
• Transportation and school-related expenses
• Household essentials and rebuilding stability
• Emotional wellness and support services
• Continuing to rebuild financially while securing stable long-term employment

This is not easy for me to share, because I’ve always wanted to handle everything on my own. But I also understand that community exists so people do not have to carry hardship alone.

My daughters are intelligent, loving, resilient young people, and my greatest goal is to create a peaceful and secure foundation where they can continue healing, growing, and thriving.

Any contribution, prayer, share, or support means more to us than words can fully express. Thank you for helping our family move from survival toward stability, healing, and hope.

All love, prayers, support & financial help will definitely be paid forward to help others, when I am in my next expansion in the future.

With Gratitude,

Wa
