On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025, a fire displaced my daughter and me, taking our home, our belongings, and the memories we held close. We are grateful to be safe, but starting over has been incredibly hard.

I am a Registered Nurse, and my daughter is in high school. During this displacement, we must commute daily for work and school, adding stress and cost during an already overwhelming time.
