Help a Military Dad Travel to See His Kids

Hi Earls Fam! As you know, every Christmas we set out to help some of our Earls Family Members who are in need. This Christmas we had a special family submit an application. Their story is a little different, but that is why we wanted to put it out to our community in this way. Hannah* reached out to us about her husband who is active duty in the Army and his 3 children from a previous marriage who live over 2,500 miles away. Due to past deployments and limited funds as a single income family, the father has been unable to see 3 of his 5 children who live with their mother in Washington State in almost 3 years. The father is being assigned on an unaccompanied tour overseas soon, so that has put more stress on this family to see the children before he leaves. This is a crucial time in these children’s lives to have quality time with their father. This is where our amazing Earls Fam comes in! We need your help sending this blended family to Washington State to surprise his kids! All of your donations will go directly to flights, rental car, and any additional travel expenses for this family to be together before their father selflessly leaves his family to defend our country. The estimated costs include $1,066 for flights, $374 for rental car, and $500 for food, accommodation and additional travel expenses.  Help us make this Christmas wish come true!

*The Earls Fam Foundation vets each and every applicant that is chosen. We have been in contact with the father’s First Sergeant in his unit to approve leave for the trip and have followed our Foundation’s policies to protect the family and the foundation.
