Hi, my name is Tony. I'm a father who loves his children more than anything in this world. I already have sole custody of my 2 older kids and now I am doing everything I can to have shared custody of my youngest daughter so she can grow up knowing her dad's love, care, and presence in her life too. This isn't about winning or losing. It's about a little girl who deserves both of her parents. I've done everything i can on my own to keep fighting in family court. legal aid refuse my application cause i made $400 over the threshold and with the cost of living, I'm scared that if I can't have myself represented properly i will lose the gift of time with my child that I can never get back. It's become overwhelming and too much for me to handle on my own. I'm asking for help to raise $4000 so I can hire a lawyer and continue this fight the right way. Every dollar will go directly towards legal fees. That will help me stand up for my daughter and make sure her voice and mine are heard in court. Being a dad means showing up. No matter how hard it gets, I'm not giving up on her and with a little help i won't have to struggle as I have been. I've been doing the best i can to hide the emotional stress for anyone in my life.
