Help a Loved One Overcome Medical and Financial Struggles

Hi, my name is James Murray. I am doing this to help someone who is very near and dear to me. I cannot tell the name of this person as they do not know I am doing this for them. The medical need is the priority and concentration. this is not going to be an easy quick fixable situation But I need to start somewhere and try to get the ball going and their spirits up. This person has multiple physical medical conditions that are limiting their ability to walk and perform everyday tasks. At this point they cannot work and cannot afford to seek medical attention. These conditions have led to this person developing depression, hopelessness feeling overwhelmed. Another issue is their vehicle is broken down and not sure if it's fixable(just shy of 300000 miles). In addition they are behind in rent and other bills. To their credit they have applied for assistance and is in the process of dealing with that but the financial need is immediate. I will be overseeing the funds to ensure the rent is caught up on and hopefully pay a month or two in advance, the vehicle is taken to a reputable place to see if it can be fixed. If the vehicle can't be fixed then I will look to purchase a vehicle and getting it tags insurance etc so that they can start going to appts if the medical assistance comes through. But until the vehicle situation is complete I have to be able to get them an uber or get gas money to people to take them for appts grocery store visits etc. Please understand that I have helped as much as I can but am at the point that I am limited in my financial resources for what is needed. Please any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
