Somaria's family is in need of help for the holidays. Somaria took her children away from an abusive relationship and moved to Saratoga NY with no help, family or friends here. Somaria is working full-time between two jobs but she and her two boys are currently living in a motel. Her baby girl is staying with a helper while she looks for housing. We have finally found her a home with a yard in Saratoga but she needs financial help. Section 8 has a year long waiting list. Somaria's one wish to get into housing was "to move in before the holidays so that I can help cook for the homeless". She is so giving, kind and such a hard working mom. Can we show her support as a community and pitch in to give her and her children a comfortable place to move to while she gets on her feet?! Our goal is $5,000 but truly anything will help her in this chapter of life. Thank you so much for anything!
