Help a Heartbroken Family After the Loss of Their Beloved Horse

Sometimes, our hearts are held not by people, but by the animals who become part of our family. Recently, Reese and her family suffered a heartbreaking loss — their beautiful horse Capri passed away unexpectedly.

Capri wasn’t “just a horse.” Capri was a trusted friend since Reese was 2 1/2 weeks old, a gentle soul, and a source of daily joy, comfort, and connection. These two had a soul connection. Whether it was early morning feedings, long rides, or quiet moments, this horse filled their days with love, laughter, and peace.

The sudden loss has not only left an emotional void but also an unexpected financial burden — from unexpected expenses, burial costs, and the loss of what was a central part of their lives.

Wendy has always been so gracious in always helping others in so many ways without ever asking anything in return. It is now our turn to give back and share our love and compassion with this family.
