Over the past three years, I have experienced an overwhelming series of losses. I lost my mother, my wife, and my father. My wife passed away after a brief and aggressive battle with colon cancer, just three months after her diagnosis. She left behind our five children, ranging in age from 10 years old to just 2. Before her passing, she had power of attorney for my mother-in-law, who had been helping as our babysitter. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law is now struggling with both schizophrenia and the early stages of dementia, and is no longer able to provide the care and support she once did.
As a result, I have had to take significant time off from work to care for my children and navigate the mounting challenges. Over time, the financial burden has grown beyond what I could have anticipated. I know that these are difficult times for everyone, and I truly appreciate any assistance you are able to provide. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated, and I will make sure to update you on how the funds are being used as they come in.
We have not because we ask not, and I come asking with a heavy heart and humbled spirit. We thank you in advance for your support through this very difficult time.
