My name is Asmaa, and I am trying to protect my family through an unimaginable situation.

My family of five has lost our home, our source of income, and our sense of safety. My father, 67, was injured during the war and is now unable to walk. He is mostly bedridden and suffers from poor nutrition, dehydration, and painful pressure sores. He urgently needs adult diapers and a medical mattress to help prevent his condition from getting worse.

My mother, 65, is a former teacher and school principal. She suffers from heart problems and high blood pressure, and her eyesight has severely deteriorated. She urgently needs eye surgery, which we cannot afford.

My family and I have no stable income. We are struggling to provide food, clean water, medicine, shelter, and basic necessities.
