Help My Family in Gaza Afford Food and Clean Water

There has been a small glimmer of hope, with more food becoming available and prices beginning to come down slightly. But for my family, life remains incredibly difficult.
None of my family members currently have a job or a reliable source of income. They are relying on the kindness and support of others to afford the most basic necessities — especially food and clean drinking water.
My mum, Sarah, has difficulty walking and moving around. My brother Tariq and my sisters Ayah and Ragdah continue to care for her and support their families through these extremely difficult circumstances.
We are also still grieving the loss of my brother-in-law, Awad, who was killed while searching for food. He left behind his young son, Rakan, who is growing up without his father.
My family are not asking for anything luxurious. They are simply trying to survive and get through each day.
I am Wes, short for Wesam, and I am raising this fundraiser to support my family in Gaza.
The money raised will primarily help them buy food and clean drinking water, as well as essential medical needs when necessary.
Our goal is to raise £400 each month to send directly to my family. This will provide them with some basic financial support while none of them have an income.
Their family home in northern Gaza has also been badly damaged by nearby bombing, and whenever possible, I hope to help them repair and eventually rebuild it.
After everything they have experienced, my family are still trying to hold on to hope. They have been forced to move from place to place in search of safety, which has been particularly difficult for my mum because of her difficulty walking.
Right now, their most urgent needs are simple: food and clean water. Every donation, no matter how small, can help. Even £1 can make a difference when many people come together.
If you cannot donate, please share this fundraiser with your friends, family and wider community. Sharing costs nothing, but it could help this reach someone who is able to support my family. My family are simply asking for the basic things every person should have access to: food, clean water, safety and the chance to live with dignity.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has supported my family so far — whether by donating, sharing, checking in, or keeping them in your thoughts and prayers.
Your kindness means more than I can put into words. With love and endless gratitude.
