Help a Father Fight for His Daughter and Fix Family Court
Donation protected
My name is Jonathan Todd Bishop. I’m a father in Snellville, Georgia, fighting to protect my 15-year-old daughter, Anli, from being taken away by a system that should be protecting us — not destroying families.
In January 2024, my ex-wife passed away suddenly. Just weeks later, her parents — my former in-laws — filed for emergency custody of Anli. Despite no evidence of harm, they’ve continued to drag me through abusive litigation that’s cost me everything.
I’ve spent over a year battling this in court. I’ve exhausted my savings on legal fees. Now I represent myself. Their former attorney tried to coerce me into giving up custody. The Guardian ad Litem has ignored my rights. And the judge hasn’t ruled on motions I filed citing my constitutional rights as a fit parent.
I’m raising funds for:
Legal support to defend my custody
Launching a nonprofit — The Anli Project — to fight for parents like me
Public awareness about how family courts are failing loving parents
This is bigger than me. It’s about every mother and father who’s been punished instead of protected. It’s about reforming a system that allows grief and power to be used as weapons.
Please support, share, and help me stand up for my daughter — and for justice.
With gratitude,
Jonathan Todd Bishop
